About the Scholarship
Turkish government scholarship for international students to study at top Turkish universities. Covers tuition, monthly stipend, housing, health insurance, and flight ticket.
Each student can choose the major that suits his qualifications, paying attention to some special requirements for some programs.

Requirements
- A cumulative average of no less than 70% for bachelor’s degrees, 75% for master’s and doctoral degrees. Maximum age: 21 for Bachelor’s, 30 for Master’s, 35 for Doctorate.
- Conditions for applying for the Turkish scholarship 2026:
- Minimum academic achievement:
- Diploma and Bachelor’s degree: 70%
- Postgraduate Certificate: 75%
- For candidates in health sciences (medicine, dentistry, and pharmacy): 90%
- Age criteria:
- For diploma and bachelor’s programmes: under 21 years of age.
- For Master’s programmes: under 30 years of age.
- For doctoral programmes: under 35 years of age. For scientific research grants: less than 50 years.
- 3-The scholarship is open to all Arab and international nationalities without exception, graduates or those expected to graduate by the end of the current academic year (before August), in addition to researchers and academics.
- The scholarship does not require a Turkish or English language certificate upon application, but it may be required later depending on the university or specialty.
- To study in the English language, you must obtain an international certificate (IELTS-TOEFL).
- Announcement of results: August 15, 2026
- Arrival in Turkey: September 2026
- Required documents:
- A valid identification document, ID card, or passport.
- A personal photo of the applicant taken within the past year.
- Requirements for undergraduate students:
- 1- A general secondary school certificate or a second secondary school certificate if you are still studying
- 2- A transcript of grades from the school
- Requirements for Master's students:
- 1- University graduation certificate
- 2- Grade transcript for all years
- Requirements for PhD students:
- The last degree I obtained was a master's degree
- 2- Grade transcript
- 3- Research plan
- All required files must be printed on a colored scanner
- A personal photograph with a white background
- All previous required papers have been translated and certified by a judicial and external authority
Benefits
Full tuition fees, a monthly stipend (4,500 liras for bachelor’s, 6,500 for master’s, 9,000 for doctorate), university housing, health insurance, and travel tickets.
Covers tuition fees.
It allows you to learn the language of the country by studying a Turkish language course for one year
Free university housing.
It covers the cost of a one-time flight ticket in addition to support for transportation costs upon arrival in Türkiye and departure after the end of the study.

Bachelor’s: The maximum age is 21 years, the monthly salary in Turkish lira is 4500, and additional benefits include free university housing and health insurance.
Master’s: Maximum age is 30 years, monthly salary in Turkish Lira is 6,500, and additional benefits include housing, health insurance, and travel support.
Doctorate: The maximum age is 35 years, the monthly salary is 9000 Turkish lira, and additional benefits: support for research publication, housing, health insurance.
